Pricing
Month to month. No contracts, no setup fee, no cancellation call. Your site goes live first — you only pay if you want to keep it.
Everything a spot needs online.
Everything in Basic, plus the stuff that runs the room.
Early-access pricing. If a price ever changes, you get at least 30 days' notice before it touches your bill. Opening soon in Los Angeles — we're not taking public sign-ups yet.
How the month works
We build it, you look at it, you decide. Nothing is charged until you've had a week with a live site.
Free week starts the moment it's up — not when you sign up. Share the link, put it on Instagram, send it to your mom.
Edit the menu, change hours, ask for a design change. Everything you do stays whichever way you go.
Pick Basic or Premium and it stays exactly as it is. Don't, and the site pauses. Nothing is deleted — pick a plan later and it's back in seconds.
You're billed on the date you picked your plan, every month, until you cancel. No annual lock-in, no "call to cancel."
Rebuilds
A design change through Chat — a new layout, moved sections, a fresh look, a different vibe. The kitchen rebuilds your page, you get a preview, you approve. Each one uses a rebuild from your site's pool.
You change those yourself in your portal, live in seconds, as many times as you like. They never use a rebuild.
Your plan's free rebuilds are listed on the cards above — 1 during the free week. They're for the life of the site, not per month. When they're used up, you can purchase more rebuilds anytime in Billing — one tap, and they never expire. Premium members can also add extra restaurants as an add-on.
Straight answers
No. Month to month, no minimum term, no setup fee, no early-termination anything. Cancel in Billing whenever you like.
Your site pauses — visitors see a short "taking a break" page. Nothing is deleted: your menu, photos, edits and every saved version are all still there. Pick a plan any time and it's back in seconds, exactly as you left it.
Yes, on Premium. Buy the domain in your own name at GoDaddy (other registrars are coming), then connect it in Site settings: enter the name, tap Connect at GoDaddy, approve two records, done. www.yourname.com is live once the certificate lands, usually within the hour, and one paste into GoDaddy's forwarding form makes the bare name work too. The domain is yours, registered to you, renewed by you. We never register, hold, or sell domains, so there's nothing to lock and nothing to transfer. Drop to Basic or cancel and it simply disconnects; your yourname.hellagood.food address keeps working either way.
Premium lets you add up to 3 locations to your site — each with its own address, hours and phone. Need a few more? Just ask us. If you need more than 5, you've probably outgrown a single site — let us know and we can help with that too. A different restaurant is its own site and isn't included in any plan; Premium members can buy extra restaurants as an add-on.
We link to yours. Already on Toast, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub or Slice? Your links become order buttons on your site. We don't have our own low-cost ordering platform — yet.
Within 30 days we can usually restore your site as it was. After that we delete your content (sooner if you ask) — come back and we'll build you a fresh one, free week included.
Everything above in legal form: Terms of service. More questions? FAQ.
