Cancel anytime, no phone call, no guilt trip. Your site stays up through the month you've paid for, then comes down. Payments aren't refundable — but with no contract, you're never more than a month deep.

Your site goes live first. From that moment you have 7 days free to use it like you own it — edit the menu, share the link, ask for changes. On day 7 you pick Basic or Premium and it stays exactly as it is. If you don't, the site pauses — nothing is deleted, and picking a plan later brings it back in seconds.

Each one uses a rebuild from your site's pool of free rebuilds: 1 during the free week, 3 on Basic, 10 on Premium, for the life of the site — and you can buy additional rebuilds anytime. You send photos of your menu, your logo, and a few shots of your place. Our AI reads every dish and price off the menu photos, pulls your colors from your logo, and designs a site around your food and your vibe — not a template with your name pasted on. A different AI runs your portal's Help chat, where you can ask for changes in plain words.

Yes — every pixel. Nothing goes live until you say so. Design changes always show you a preview first. Do check your menu after we read it: AI transcription is good but not perfect, and prices and allergy info are your call.

Split honestly: your content is yours — menu, photos, logo, business info. We don't sell it or use it anywhere else, and you can ask us to delete it anytime. The design and code we generate stay ours; you license them while you subscribe.

Your site comes down after the paid period ends. We keep your content 30 days in case you come back, then delete it — or ask and we'll delete it sooner. Come back later and we'll build you a fresh one.

We host on serious infrastructure (the same networks big companies use) and your site being up matters to us a lot. But at $10 a month we don't offer a formal uptime guarantee or SLA — see the terms for the straight version.

Your site starts at yourname.hellagood.food. Want joespizza.com on the window? On Premium, yes. Buy the domain in your own name at GoDaddy (other registrars are coming), then connect it in Site settings: enter the name, tap Connect at GoDaddy, approve two records, done. www.yourname.com is live once the certificate lands, usually within the hour, and one paste into GoDaddy's forwarding form makes the bare name work too. The domain is yours, registered to you, renewed by you. We never register, hold, or sell domains, so there's nothing to lock and nothing to transfer. Drop to Basic or cancel and it simply disconnects; your yourname.hellagood.food address keeps working either way.

It's the whole point. Edit any dish or price from your phone — live in seconds. New menu entirely? Snap a photo and we re-read the whole thing. You can also hide prices site-wide if you'd rather not chase them.

Yes — tell us your second language at signup and your site gets a language toggle. Menus can carry both languages.

We link to yours. Already on Toast, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or Slice? Paste your links and they become pickup and delivery buttons on your site. We don't have our own low-cost ordering platform — yet. Your money keeps going through the services you already use.
